Privacy Notice

This notice is provided by 3dify as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to explain how your personal data is processed.

Data we process

• Identity and contact: name, e-mail, phone, company name
• Delivery: address details
• Transactions: orders, payments, returns, correspondence
• Security: IP address, session and login records, your device's public key for passkeys
• If you sign in with Google: your Google account ID, name and e-mail address

Purposes and legal grounds

We process your data to create your account, take your orders, collect payment, deliver products, keep invoices and accounts, handle returns and complaints, and keep your account secure. The legal grounds are performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 KVKK. Marketing messages are only sent with your explicit consent.

Transfers

Data is shared only as needed: with Shopier for payments, the courier for delivery, public authorities where legally required, and our hosting, e-mail and backup providers. Backup and e-mail services may store data on servers outside Türkiye.

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by law (usually 10 years). Other data is kept until the purpose ends, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with, and object. Send requests through the channels on our Contact page. We reply free of charge within 30 days.

We only use essential cookies for your session, cart and language. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
