Returns & Exchanges

We check every item before shipping. If something is not right, here is how to return or exchange it.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

• You can return an item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
• Tell us on WhatsApp (0551 184 23 26) or another channel on our Contact page, with your order number.
• Send the item back within 10 days of your notice, unused and ideally in its original packaging.
• Once we receive and check it, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Card refunds may take a few days to appear depending on your bank.

Items that cannot be returned

Items made specifically for you (with a name, text, logo, custom colour or size) are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. They are only exchanged if there is a production fault.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, missing or faulty, send us a photo as soon as possible after delivery. We will reprint and send it free of charge or refund you, and cover the shipping.

Return shipping

For returns under the right of withdrawal sent with our contracted courier, we pay the shipping. Returns sent with another courier are at the buyer's expense.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale sales to businesses are not consumer transactions. Returns and exchanges for wholesale orders follow the terms agreed before the order, in case of product faults.
