Preparation time

Items are printed to order. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. For personalised and high-quantity orders we confirm the timing before you order.

Shipping

• Orders are sent anywhere in Türkiye with our contracted courier.
• The shipping fee is shown at checkout. Orders above a certain amount ship free; the current threshold is shown in your cart.
• When your order ships, the tracking number is e-mailed to you and shown on your account page.

Hand delivery

Wholesale orders within our city can be delivered by hand. Add a note to your order or contact us.

On delivery

Check the outside of the parcel when you receive it. If it is crushed, wet or opened, have the courier record it and let us know.
