Pre-contract Information

This form is provided before your order is confirmed, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Products and price

The name, quantity, unit price, chosen colour (if any) and the total price including taxes are shown on the checkout page and in the order summary. Prices include VAT. Any shipping fee is shown separately at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is made by credit/debit card through Shopier, or by bank transfer to the account shown after the order. Card details are never seen or stored by the seller.

4. Delivery

Items are made to order. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery never exceeds the legal maximum of 30 days.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason through the phone / WhatsApp or e-mail channels on our Contact page, or your account page. Personalised items (name, logo, custom size etc.) are excluded under Article 15 of the Regulation. See Returns & Exchanges for details.

6. Complaints

You can send requests and complaints using the contact details above. Disputes may be brought to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court of your place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
